Jonathan Reeve helps businesses to master the art of e-commerce fulfilment.
He has worked in retail businesses on three continents for over fifteen years, and was part of the team that developed the operating model for Tesco.com, a global pioneer of online grocery retail. Jonathan’s perspective is unusual in that he has both developed retail strategy and led the teams who deliver the service to customers. Jonathan has also worked in store retail, and was the store manager of a large Tesco supermarket in London.
Jonathan now consults on retail strategy and last-mile fulfilment, and recently published “Retail's Last Mile”, a book that explores the disruption of traditional retail by online shopping.
Jonathan has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University and an MBA with distinction from international business school INSEAD.

Jonathan is an expert on the business model and strategy of Amazon and has developed two keynotes to help leaders respond, Are you ready for Amazon? and Fulfilment in the Era of Amazon. His presentation on Mastering Disruption is relevant to any sector, not only retail, and helps leaders make sense of the dramatic changes facing both government and business.
When it comes to deciding how to respond to Amazon, most leaders and consultants are “information rich and experience poor”.
Jonathan combines the consultant’s ability to solve complex problems with many years of front-line leadership experience. He will support your team with the tools and knowledge you need to understand the changes and develop a winning strategy to stay ahead of the game.
